Coastal Podiatry has been providing superior treatment for disorders affecting the foot and ankle in the Virginia Beach area since 1987. Our licensed physicians offer comprehensive and compassionate service to our patients with specialties ranging from pediatric, reconstructive, and sport related care to general medicine of the foot and ankle.
Through training and 21 years experience, Dr. Agnew is able to provide compassionate care to infants and children including conservative and surgical management of foot and ankle disorders and injuries. As a physician on the National Professional Advisory Network for Ehlers-Danlos National Foundation, Dr. Agnew is also experienced in rare connective tissue disorders and is in the forefront of his field.

Dr. Santiago completed her residencies in Philadelphia and Baltimore. She is trained to provide complete medical care of the foot and ankle, specializing in conservative and surgical management. Dr. Santiago has particular interest in the preventative care of the diabetic foot, forefoot reconstruction, and common ailments of the foot.
Directors of the Eastern Virginia Medical School of Podiatry Residency Program, our doctors are dedicated to educating the medical community, as well as their patients. Our physicians are on staff at Children's Hospital of the Kings Daughters, Sentara Norfolk General, and Chesapeake General Hospitals.
